Welcome to Arsenal FD e-Academy

As part of UFA’s partnership with Arsenal Football Development and included in your registration, your child now has access to the Arsenal FD E‑Academy, a platform designed to support their development alongside regular training. This is where players can continue to learn, reflect, and build on their progress using Arsenal’s Youth Development Framework, Strong Young Gunners. Welcome to the FD E-Academy!


Learning Hub

The Learning Hub supports development across four key areas:

  • Effective Team Player Developing technique and tactical understanding within team play
  • Efficient Mover Building football‑specific movement skills to support performance
  • Champion Mentality Understanding how to train and prepare like a champion, including insight from Arsenal First Team players
  • Lifelong Learner Developing through reflection, feedback, and ongoing improvement


Content is designed to support consistent development & maintenance across the season and complement on‑pitch training.

The early levels in Team Player may seem easy but one of the most noticeable differences we encounter between our players at Hale End and what we see globally is the ability to manage and master the ball. Technical maintenance as well as development is key to being comfortable on the ball.


The Learning Hub is also gamified, allowing players to earn coins and coming soon badges, as they progress across each area. Most importantly, the learning hub is a dynamic content hub, with more and more content planned to be added in the 2026-2027 season.

  • Girls’ academy content which will add more videos to Team Player (September 2026) & Efficient Mover (January 2027)
  • Parent education – how to support your child’s development in the Arsenal Way (September 2026)
  • Personalized coach – once we have learned about each user and they progress through the learning hub, we will offer personalized training plans linked to their level, position, goals combining learning hub, IDP and consultation data to provide a unique Arsenal experience


Individual Development Plan (IDP)

Each player can receive an Individual Development Plan, helping them reflect on performance and focus on key areas of improvement. Our Arsenal FD team will work with your UFA coaches to deliver a development framework in line with our own Strong Young Gunner framework; this will form part of the coach education UFA coaches receive as part of the wider partnership.


The IDP:

  • Supports the Lifelong Learner pillar
  • Encourages players to take ownership of their development
  • Is designed to be reviewed and developed over time


Arsenal Coach – 1:1 Video Feedback

Players and parents also have the opportunity to connect with an Arsenal FD coach to:

  • Review progress
  • Reflect on development
  • Discuss next steps

  • You will first need to complete enrollment as a parent/guardian – register for an Arsenal account via the enrollment button 
  • Create your child’s account
  • Sign in to parent/guardian account and apply membership code to open access for your child’s account
