Technical Skills Training (TST)(Academy/Select U8 - U16)
Technical Skills Training is where the fundamentals of the game get sharp. Built around the 4 C's — Composure, Creativity, Confidence, and Competition — TST gives Academy and Select players U8-U14 a dedicated, weekly space to develop the technical foundation every position needs.
Over a full 10-week progressive series focusing on:
Ball Mastery • Turns • Stop & Goes • 1v1 Moves • Fakes & Feints • Receiving to Beat a Player • Ball Striking & Finishing • Passing
