2027 Arsenal Spring Break Trip
Hello UFA Families!
We are so excited for your upcoming trip to London. Thank you for attending last night's presentation - I hope it was both informative and exciting! Please see important registration information below:

- Deposit due at registration: $95 per person until August 28, then $295 per person after August 28
- Monthly payments: September-December
- Final Balance on February 1st, 2027
- Hotel Accommodations –
As a reminder, all Players age 12 and younger must be accompanied by a registered Supporter/parent. If you have a unique situation, please email me directly.
Group Flight Information –
As mentioned, our group flight routing is an optional item. We will have group flight details available once the group is confirmed. As mentioned in the presentation, you are able to book airfare on your own on your preferred airline or by utilizing Sky Miles/credit card points, etc.. If you are a registered participant and arrive before the group flight, you can utilize the transportation from the airport to the hotel. Otherwise, you will be responsible for your own transportation.

Travel Insurance –
Travel insurance is OPTIONAL but strongly encouraged, and something you must decide if you want to purchase or not. All questions and claims – if you would need to file one – are handled directly by your chosen travel insurance provider.Please note – for most travel insurance companies, if you want "pre-existing conditions" covered in your travel insurance, you need to purchase your travel insurance within 15 days of registering for the trip - Deadline – if you want travel insurance at all, most companies require that it must be purchased at least 21 days before your trip departure
- Fundraising –
Once you’ve registered, in your account you can create a “Contribution Page” to share with family, friends, and co-workers to ask them to donate money towards your Player’s trip.When logged into your account, click on “Manage Booking” and then “Share Your Contribution Page” to share via email and/or social media. - The amounts donated go directly to your account and reduces the amount of your final balance.
- Rosters –
If you want your Player to go on the trip, don’t wait to see how many Players have registered, go ahead and sign them up!!!If you’re not sure yet if any / which family member(s) will travel, go ahead and sign up your Player now and we will honor the Early Bird Price for any Supporter in your family as long as they sign up by September 30th. - If we do not have enough Players registered to form a team roster for your Player after the final deadline passes, we will refund your deposit(s).However, if we’re close to having enough Players committed, we will extend registration a few weeks to try to find a few more Players to make the trip happen.
